We charge based on the number of "Tokens" in the source language (approximately equivalent to word count). One English word counts as 1 Token; one Chinese character counts as approximately 2 Tokens.

2. Credit Conversion

Tokens will be converted into credits. In standard translation mode, every 3,000 Tokens requires only 1 credit.

3. Credit Payment

  • ✓Images in documents such as DOCX/PPTX are estimated at 500 Tokens per image
  • ✓Final pricing is calculated based on estimated Token count
